Joining and annual registration fees - applies to mau rākau registrations and supporter registrations
To register for any of our Mau Rākau terms, a joining fee and annual registration fee is applicable. These fees also apply to anyone who would like to register as a supporter.
These fees cover insurance, some administration costs and access to wānanga.
The joining fee is only applied once when you first register and includes a Te Ara Hononga polo for that first year that you register. A polo is not included for subsequent years that your register however they will be available to purchase for $45.
Pakeke: $103 for first year, $73 thereafter
Taiohi (12-17 years): $62 for first year, $32 thereafter
Whānau (Family of 4+: Parents/guardians plus dependents 12-17 years): $295 for first year, $205 thereafter

- If you miss any term/10-week program for the year but have been sanctioned to grade in the same year, you must pay the remaining balance to your registration fees prior to grading.
